Cruising the world on a sailboat is for most of us a major life change. It seems like we are now receiving 2-3 emails a week from folks, especially younger couples, who are keen to strike out on a sailing journey of their own. We do our best to try to answer many questions honestly and openly; hopefully it helps. Of course, all of you must realize we are just one couple on a boat doing this in our "own" way, all of us cruisers are so different from each other. However, as we have been out here for 4 years now, we do feel like we have gained a little knowledge, and hopefully wisdom, about the cruising reality. We'll do our best to write it out on this page.
